  • → The organizer reserves the right to adjust booth locations when necessary.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before September 15th, 2026 are eligible for a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued on or after September 15th, 2026.

Can I register for only one day?

No. All vendors are required to participate throughout the full two-day festival.

What is Early Bird pricing?

Early Bird pricing is a special discounted registration rate available for applications submitted before September 15.

Can I choose my booth location?

Yes. Vendors who complete their registration before September 15 will have the opportunity to select their preferred booth location (subject to availability). After September 15, booth assignments will be arranged by the organizer to optimize visitor traffic.

Is electricity included?

Basic electricity is included where applicable.

Can I sell food?

Yes. Vendors may sell food, snacks, beverages, souvenirs, toys, and other products. All items must comply with event regulations and meet food safety standards.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund if canceled before September 15. After that date, no refund will be provided.

When will I receive confirmation?

Within approximately 3–5 business days after submitting your application.
