The Alief International Fall Festival, co-hosted by the Vietnamese American Cultural Association (VACA) and the Houston Vietnamese American Development Organization (HVAD), brought the vibrant spirit of autumn to life at Bellnott Square, 13200 Bellaire Blvd, Houston, Texas on November 2nd and 3rd.
A Celebration of Culture and Community
This two-day festival embraced the beauty of fall and the diversity of the Alief community. Families and friends gathered to enjoy live music, delicious international cuisine, and a variety of engaging activities that highlighted the multicultural identity of Houston.
With colorful decorations, joyful laughter, and the sound of lively performances, Bellnott Square became a warm space of connection — where cultures met, stories were shared, and traditions celebrated side by side.
Music, Food, and Fun for All
One of the highlights of the event was the energetic performance by the CBC Band, which filled the air with melodies that brought people together.
Attendees also enjoyed festive food booths, bouncing houses for kids, and creative face painting, adding a playful and cheerful touch to the fall weekend.

Through the event, HVAD and VACA continued their shared mission of connecting cultures and strengthening communities across Houston.
